Sometimes, only one or few areas of your asphalt driveway may fail but the majority of your driveway is still in good shape. If this is the case, you do not need to invest in a whole new driveway. We can replace these areas individually with a new layer of asphalt for a fraction of the cost. We saw cut the perimeter and remove the damaged asphalt so the new asphalt can be flush and level with the existing surface. For long lasting repairs, we use hot asphalt directly from a local mix plant with a minimum thickness of 2 inches.
Most homeowners may be familiar with “cold patch” which you can purchase at Home Depot or Lowe’s. This is not the proper material to use for structural repairs. However, we do offer cold patch for minor potholes/crevices. Once a patch is completed, it will stand out from the existing driveway due to its deep black color and texture. Even after sealcoating, a patch will still be somewhat noticeable.
