The Maintain It All Process –

At Maintain It All, we not only want to meet customer expectations, we strive to exceed those expectations through a seamless process. Along with a job well done, we look to ensure consistent communication, great customer service and to make it as convenient as possible for our customers. These details may be overlooked by most contractors, but we make them a top priority.
Here is what we do and what you should expect from a professional company:

You will be greeted by a friendly and helpful representative who will take all of your contact information and find out more about how we can help you.  We have a full time office staff to answer your questions or to set up an estimate. You can also send a contact form through our website and we will quickly get in touch with you.

Once we have all your information, the customer service representative will set up the estimate.  We will try to coordinate the estimate around your schedule so we can meet and discuss the project.  However, for many types of jobs, you do not have to be home and we can work up the estimate ourselves.  The estimator will contact you on his way to your property. When the estimate is complete, you will receive an email with the description of services, costs and further job related information.  We encourage you to contact the estimator with any questions.

You can accept the estimate through a simple click of a button through the email, or you can call the office. Upon your acceptance, we will provide you with a tentative service date. This date will be dependent on weather conditions. If it does rain the day of your service, we will contact you to reschedule.

The day before your scheduled service, we will send out a text or email reminder so you can be prepared. We will provide you with an approximate time frame that the crew will arrive. They will send you a text or email when they are on the way to your property. Prior to starting, the crew leader will knock on your door and go over the job with you. When we finish the job, the crew leader will review the work with you and answer any questions. We will barricade any areas that will need to be blocked off.

We will send you a text or email to confirm that you are 100% satisfied with the services we provided.  We take these surveys seriously and your feedback is very important to us. You will also receive any after care instructions that are necessary.  The day after your service, we will email you the invoice which you can easily pay online with a credit card or you can send in a check.
